Leaders Care specialise in Nursing and Care support, Case management and support coordination, Allied health and therapeutic support, plan management, assisted daily activities, community participation, interpretation and translation, home modification and life-skill development.
Our team is proficient in multiple languages, including Hindi, Arabic, and English. The Leaders Care Support team comprises members with diverse backgrounds, ages, and cultures, all meeting stringent criteria of extensive experience and recognised qualifications. Additionally, we are registered NDIS, iCare, and Aged Care Providers.
