Leaders Care aims to create a lifestyle for participants in which they can live their lives as they see fit while also developing their own growth. We've helped hundreds of people with disabilities achieve their NDIS goals, gain access to their plans, and put them into action. We assist our participants in overcoming isolation, reducing loneliness, gaining confidence, developing relationships, participating in activities, and connecting with family, friends, and the community.
